Responsible participation

What Nemodits is, what it is not, and how to spot anyone pretending to be us. Please read this before you decide whether taking part makes sense for you.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

You must be 18 or older

Membership is limited to adults aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to anyone younger are closed and the data deleted. Studies sometimes involve unreleased products and commercial confidentiality, which is another reason the age limit is not negotiable.

This is not employment

You take part as an independent participant. You choose which studies to accept, there is no obligation to accept any, nobody schedules your time, and you can stop permanently whenever you like. Because of that, taking part does not come with the protections of an employment contract — no notice period, no sick pay, no minimum hours.

This is not an investment

Points are a record of work we have agreed to pay for. They are not a security, not a token, and not an asset that can appreciate. You cannot buy them, trade them, or transfer them to another person, and there is nothing here to speculate on.

Earnings are not guaranteed

How much you receive depends on which studies you qualify for, how many you complete, and whether the work is accepted. All three vary with your profile, your region and what clients are commissioning that month. We publish no income figures because we cannot honestly stand behind any.

Treat this as occasional supplemental income. If you are relying on it to cover rent or bills, please do not — it is not designed for that, and it will let you down.

We never charge you anything

Joining is free, taking part is free, and withdrawing is free. There is no premium membership, no starter kit, no deposit, no "unlock higher-paying studies" upgrade, and no referral scheme that pays you for recruiting other people. If anyone asks you to pay Nemodits for anything, it is not us.

How to recognise someone impersonating us

Anything below means it is not Nemodits:

  • a request for money, a deposit, or a "processing fee" before payout;
  • a request for your password, a one-time code, or remote access to your device;
  • a job offer arriving by WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS;
  • a promise of a fixed daily amount, or of guaranteed work;
  • an email from a domain that is not nemodits.net;
  • a request to receive money into your account and forward it somewhere else — that is money laundering, and it is a crime regardless of who asked.

Forward anything of the kind to support@nemodits.net and do not reply to it. We would much rather see ten forwarded messages that turn out to be harmless than miss the one that is not.

Look after yourself

  • Take breaks. Long unbroken stretches of screen work make submissions worse, not better.
  • You can decline any study, at any point, including after starting one.
  • If a study's content is distressing, stop and tell us. Nothing is worth pushing through.
  • Never share personal details with a client through free-text answers.

Tax is your responsibility

Payments are made to you as a participant, not as an employee, and we do not deduct tax. Whether you need to declare what you receive depends on where you live and your circumstances. We cannot advise on this — if you are unsure, ask a qualified adviser or your local tax authority.

If something goes wrong
